  • Shipping & Delivery
  • The Restaurant Warehouse has decades of experience in shipping complex orders all around the globe. Whether you're on the mainland or on a remote island, we'll get it to you. Please read this section in order to help us get your order to you in the fastest and most secure manner possible. Please allow a processing time for your order before it leaves the warehouse. Order processing time is estimated in "full business days", excluding the day on which the order is placed. Order processing time for individual products is indicated on the Product Detail page. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. Not all items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO / FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes and certain restrictions apply. The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total Shipping and Handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your estimated Shipping and Handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout. We reserve the right adjust the shipping charge for very heavy or bulky items. The vast majority of items that are sold on Restaurant Warehouse are shipped via Standard Shipping. While most Standard Ship items can be upgraded to Overnight, 2nd and 3rd Day Shipping for expedited delivery, some items must be delivered via Ground Shipping and cannot be upgraded. Shipping Cost Guidelines Standard Ground Shipping Standard Ship Items sent by Standard Ground Shipping will typically arrive within three to eight full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Overnight 2nd And 3rd Day Shipping In order to expedite your order please give special delivery instructions in the ?Delivery Note? section on your checkout page. A customer service representative will then send you a quote by e-mail and an extra charge will be added to your order. (Pending your confirmation) The delivery of some Standard Ship Items can be upgraded to Overnight, 2nd and 3rd Day Shipping. In order to expedite processing time, your order must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST. Items shipped using the Third Day Shipping method usually arrive three full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you would like part of an order shipped overnight and part shipped ground, please place two separate orders. Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for carrying the item into the building. Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to bring the package inside. Upon receipt of your merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow these guidelines: Always check cartons for signs of damage, shortage on carton count or abuse. If damages or shortages are discovered, the customer must make a notation on the bill of lading that describes the damage or shortage in detail. The customer should open the cartons immediately and verify the contents. It is the Customer?s right to refuse any shipment that shows signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery. If damage is discovered after the delivery driver has left, the customer should retain all damaged packing materials and contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 954-564-6565. Failure to follow any of the above-mentioned guidelines may restrict your ability to return the merchandise for replacement or refund as well as restricting your ability to claim any damage against the Shipper. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by calling 954-564-6565. Please have your order number available when you call. Cancelled Orders If you decide to cancel any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of roundtrip shipping charges. A restocking fee of 20% will apply. Liftgate If your order requires shipment via common carrier; you will have the option to choose liftgate service. If you choose this service, a fee of $50 (commercial address) or $75 (residential address) will be applied to your order. Consider selecting liftgate service if your facility does not have a loading dock. Availability information for each item in our catalog is listed on that item's detail page. This availability estimate refers to the amount of time it will take us to acquire the item once you place your order; it does not take into consideration the amount of time it will take your order to reach you once we ship it. Please note that this availability information is provided to us by the manufacturer, and is not guaranteed. Occasionally, some products are discontinued or delayed at the manufacturer without notice. If we become aware of any delay in your shipment, we'll let you know.


  • Warranties
  • Product Warrantees All products sold by us come with the standard factory warrantees and guarantees unless specifically stated in the product description. In most cases, those details are stated on the product page. For our overseas customers, we will always do our best to promote and offer products that are covered under warranty outside the Continental United States. Under normal conditions, factories do not offer warranties for equipment shipped and uses outside the Continental United States.


  • Return Policy
  • We hope that all your purchases from us are perfect for you. However, we realize customers sometimes need to return items or report shipping damage. Please read our policies and do not hesitate to contact us about any question you may have. Returns for Our Retail Customers or Orders Shipped to a Residential Address Your return of regularly stocked items is accepted within 30 days from receipt of your order with a 20% restocking charge. Special or custom orders are not returnable. Returns For Our Commercial Customers You may return any regularly stocked item within 30 days with no restocking charge. You may return that special ordered item within 30 days of receipt of your order with a restocking fee. That fee varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and that fee is based on the manufacturer that your item was purchased from. Custom Orders Are Not Returnable Please contact our Customer Service department for return authorizations and instructions for processing your return request. Your account will be credited when we receive and inspect your return. Please note that returns made without the proper authorization will not be processed. All returned items must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging, if possible. You will be responsible for all return freight charges unless otherwise advised by us. Please note that only merchandise purchased from us may be returned for refund. Damages, Returns, and Backorders We take great care in packing each order, but sometimes packages are lost or damaged in transport. When you receive your shipment, it is your responsibility to follow these guidelines: Check for any visible damage and verify the number of cartons. UPS does not always deliver multiple cartons at one time to one address. If you should find visible damage or shortage, please make a notation on all copes of the freight bill describing the damage or shortage in detail. Unpack the cartons immediately and inspect the merchandise for possible damage. If you discover damage or shortages after the delivery driver has gone, please retain all packing materials and immediately contact the delivery service or our Customer Service department. All damages and/or shortages must be e-mailed to Allen@restaurantwarehouse.com within 5 days of receipt of shipment. It is your right to refuse any shipment that shows visible signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery. Please follow these guidelines as failure to comply may restrict, delay or prevent your return or damage claim.
